Delivery Information
Orders placed before 3pm EAT between Monday to Friday will be shipped the same working day via Wells Fargo Couriers.
Your items will be delivered to your delivery address using the fastest available delivery via Wells Fargo.
For Nairobi delivery this is next day delivery.
Orders processed after 3pm EAT on working days will be shipped the next working day.

Rest of Kenya delivery: KSH 800.0
Orders over KSH 9999:
Delivery to Nairobi: FREE
Rest of Kenya delivery: FREE
Please note that if you have selected the wrong shipping rate at check out this may delay your delivery time and we will not ship these items until we have received the correct shipment amount. We will contact you immediately if this is the case.
Pick Up Information
You are able to collect your online order free of charge from our Rock and Stones shops in Kenya.
From time of ordering, your order will be available to be collected after 4 working hours. We suggest that you ring the store before arriving to ensure your order is ready to collect.
Please note that pick up service is only available at Rock and Stones stores, and not third party stores.
Pick up from any of our Rock and Stones stores is free of charge.
